Comment Policy
Conversation is welcomed at Dynamite Weddings and we expect that you will respect common courtesies and refrain from personal attacks or using profanity when posting comments. Site users are fully responsible for anything they post in their comments and all posted comments are in the public domain. Users are responsible for the copyright of the comments they post to the website. Dynamite Weddings reserves the right to delete or moderate comments at any time without prior notice. Spam comments will not be posted.
*Spam is defined as including urls or company names to sites or companies that would be in direct competition with any of Dynamite Weddings advertisers when no solicitation for information has been requested in the blog post.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, any comments believed to be posted by a person 13 years of age or younger will be removed.
Photo Policy and Copyright Disclaimer
Dynamite Weddings does not hold the copyright to photographs used on our website, except where otherwise noted.
Each photo's copyright belongs to the respective photographer credited.
Photos used on Dynamite Weddings are used with the knowledge and permission of the respective photographer or are believed to be readily available in the public domain and used under protection of the US. Copyright Fair Use Act.

Editorial and Advertising Policy
Dynamite Weddings accepts paid advertisements from third-party organizations. These ads are denoted in both graphic and text links in the sidebar of this website. As an advertiser, you will be given a user account and have the ability to write and submit your own content. Content must be educational in nature. This is highly recommended to increase the visibility to your website. All written content posted to Dynamite Weddings becomes copyright of Dynamite Weddings, unless otherwise agreed.
Advertising rates are for annual terms. Payments must be made in full and are non-refundable. Advertisements will not be made active until payments are made in full. Payments can be made via check or Paypal. In the event that any federal, state, or local tax is imposed on any advertising published pursuant to your advertising contract, such tax shall be paid by Advertiser, and shall be billed to the Advertiser on a one-time basis in addition to the price set forth herein.
Dynamite Weddings reserves the right to remove an advertiser or to reject advertising material submitted at any time for just cause. Just cause for removal includes failure to pay as agreed and/or repeated complaints from brides and industry peers. Just cause for rejection of material includes content such that Dynamite Weddings deems in its sole discretion not to be suitable for inclusion for publication. Dynamite Weddings shall not be liable to Advertiser for claims of any type or kind whatsoever which arise from Dynamite Weddings' termination or cancellation of this Contract or rejection of advertising material.
The failure of Dynamite Weddings to insert any advertisement shall be deemed immaterial, and shall not be considered a breach of this advertising contract, nor shall Dynamite Weddings be liable for damages resulting from that failure or from mistakes made. Dynamite Weddings will rectify mistakes made in content when notified.
Dynamite Weddings shall not be held responsible for advertising submitted content, including tips and trends, and vendor profiles, in its sole discretion can disapprove any advertising copy in accordance with current or future rules of Dynamite Weddings concerning acceptance of advertising matter. Refer to the current TNT submission guidelines.
Banners that appear on Dynamite Weddings are one of four types:
Dynamite Experts: These are pre-selected (local to Northern California) vendors that go through stringent entrance criteria and are invited to become a Dynamite Expert. This is a fee based membership paid to Dynamite Weddings. Membership includes a full vendor profile on our site.
Dynamite Sponsors: These are sponsorships. This is a fee based sponsorship paid to Dynamite Weddings. Sponsorships include a full vendor profile on our site.
Dynamite Affiliates: There are two types of affiliates. 1), those that are pre-selected vendors that are invited to become a Dynamite Affiliate. By default Dynamite Experts are also considered to be a Dynamite Affiliate and are given an Affiliate banner. This is a fee based membership paid to Dynamite Weddings. 2), affiliate programs that Dynamite Weddings participates. They are not direct sponsorships or CPM based, however commissions on sales are given to Dynamite Weddings.
Dynamite Friends: These are vendors that are invited to become a Dynamite Friend. There is no fee paid to Dynamite Weddings by our Dynamite Friends.

Dynamite Weddings does not participate in "pay for play" and editorial and advertising is kept separate. Editorial content is regularly featured by advertisers and non-advertisers alike. Advertisers of Dynamite Weddings are blogged about when warranted. However, simply being an advertiser of Dynamite Weddings does not guarantee a post upon demand. For all others if Dynamite Weddings mentions a company by name, it is done so voluntarily.
Sending information, samples or invitations does not guarantee we will write about your service, product or event. Samples will not be returned.
Any products or services provided to us to sample in order to aid in editorial research will be disclosed according to FTC regulations.
Privacy
Dynamite Weddings will not share or sell identifiable personal information obtained on this website, except as required by law. Unidentifiable personal information, such as male/female reader ratios and age demographics may be shared with advertisers.
When you browse, read or download content from Dynamite Weddings, certain technical information is collected including:

Advertiser assumes full and complete responsibility and liability for the content of all advertising copy and all non-advertising material submitted, printed, and published pursuant to advertising contract, and shall indemnify and hold Dynamite Weddings harmless against any demands, claims, or liability thereon, including but not limited to claims or suits of libel, violation of privacy rights, or copyright or trademark infringement. Advertiser shall reimburse Dynamite Weddings for any amount paid by Dynamite Weddings in settlement of claims or in satisfaction of judgments obtained by reason of publication of advertising copy, and for all expenses incurred in that regard including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and all associated costs, whether or not a lawsuit is brought to resolve the claim. The limit of Dynamite Weddings liability shall not exceed the advertising price stated herein.
Controlling Law
The validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Contract shall be controlled by and construed under the laws of the state of California. The parties agree that the forum for any legal action shall be the proper court of the State of California in and for the County of Sacramento or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
