If you want to stick with tradition and not see your handsome groom before you walk down the aisle, then here is an idea for you! Have your photographer take a picture of your first photo together before the ceremony without actually having a first glance. Stand on opposite sides of a wall or door like the couple did in the photo below. If you are having your first glance before the wedding you could do this idea as well and have your first glance right after so your photographer can catch your reactions!
