Wedding Trend - hand-tied wedding bouquets

Saturday, March, 6 2010   •   Florals   •   by Dynamite Weddings

The majority of bouquets recently seen are hand-tied bouquets. This is when gathered flowers are wrapped around the stems with ribbon or vine like rope. If you want something a bit more fancy try adding jewels, beads, pearls, crystals, or rhinestones to your hand-tied bouquets . Those brides that are going for an earth friendly theme or having a beach wedding should incorporate more rustic features such as shellfish, feathers, or pinecones to their hand-tied bouquets.

Although roses are the most popular bouquet flower we have seen that lilies, peonies, hydrangeas, tulips and orchids have become more trendy. Randomly picked flowers have also been seen a lot lately.

These beautiful bouquets were done by Blooms by Martha.
