Here is a great honeymoon checklist to have on hand one week prior to your vacation:
- Pack your essentials: toiletries, clothes, shoes, medications, and whatever is needed in your carry on bag
- Reconfirm all reservations.
- Make a list of all the valuables being carried: numbers of your credit cards, traveler's checks, amount of currency and cash, and put copies in your luggage.
- If heading to a foreign country, make sure you have enough currency for your way there along with your passport handy.
- Make sure that you have your money and any travel documents (passports, hotel confirmations) in your carry on
- Reconfirm the flight once again right before you leave home.
- Arrive at the airport early to avoid any last-minute problems -- one hour for domestic flights, two hours for international flights, and remember no liquids in your carry on!
- pack some reading material and a comfy blanket since they were removed out of most planes when the Swine Flu was on the rise.
